The cover is the first thing you protect.
A good outer sleeve keeps the artwork pristine and the spine rigid. A good inner sleeve eliminates sleeve scuff — the fine surface scratches caused by the record moving against paper or plastic every time you pull it out to play.
VSS sleeves are crystal-clear, high-grade polypropylene in outer and inner options, with sizes to cover standard 12", gatefold and box set releases. The dual-pocket outer design holds the cover in one pocket and the record in the other — so the record never slides against the cover during storage or retrieval.
Protecting the cover is half the job.
Inside every sleeve is a record that accumulates contamination with every play — dust, grit and atmospheric particulates that settle into the groove and grind against the stylus at ten tonnes per square inch of pressure. No sleeve prevents that.
Record Restore is the other half: the spread-to-peel cleaning system that removes what settles inside the grooves — the contamination no outer sleeve can touch. Used together, VSS and Record Restore protect the cover and restore the record.
